If you have been contacted about a job, sent an offer letter, or given a reference by someone claiming to represent Zarya Consultants, this page shows you how to confirm it before you act on it.

The single test. Every genuine vacancy we recruit for is published on this website and carries a reference number. If the role you have been offered is not here, or the reference does not check out, it did not come from us, whatever documents or logos you were shown.
What we never do
- Recruit for a vacancy that is not published on this website
- Issue an offer letter without a reference you can check against our records
- Ask for your passport, bank details or full identity documents before a genuine offer stage
- Pressure you to decide immediately, or tell you the offer disappears today
- Conduct the whole process only through a consumer chat app, with no verifiable company email
Warning signs
- An offer letter for a job you never applied for
- Email from a free consumer domain rather than a company domain
- A job reference number that does not appear anywhere on this website
- Pay that is far above the market rate for the trade and destination
- Pressure not to discuss it with family, friends or other candidates
- Contact only through a personal account, with no verifiable company address
Our commitment to partners
The same rule binds every agency in our partner network. A partner who misrepresents Zarya, or recruits against a vacancy we have not published, ends the relationship immediately. That is not only a candidate-protection measure: it is what protects our clients from the retention and reputational risk an unaccountable chain creates.
