Genuine jobs. Honest process. No illegal fees.
Every vacancy on this site comes from a real employer with a real requirement. Benefits, visa and accommodation are stated up front, and where a salary has not been confirmed in writing we say so rather than advertise a guess. You know what you are applying for before you spend anything.
Zarya never charges candidates illegal placement fees. Registering, applying and being shortlisted are free. If anyone claiming to represent Zarya asks you to pay to get a job, to be shortlisted, or to “release” your visa, that is not us. Do not pay. Verify them here and report it. Where a genuine third-party cost applies (a medical, a passport, an attestation) we tell you the amount and who receives it before you spend anything.

Job seeker FAQs
Do I have to pay anything to get a job through Zarya?
No. Registration, applying and being shortlisted are free, and we never charge a placement fee. Some genuine third-party costs may fall to you depending on the country and role, a medical examination, a passport, a police clearance, a document attestation. We tell you the amount and who receives the money before you spend anything, and we never collect those payments through an individual's personal account.
How do I know a job posting is real?
Every vacancy published here comes from an employer with a confirmed requirement, and carries a reference number. If someone contacts you about a “Zarya job” that is not on this site, treat it with suspicion and check with us directly using the contact details on this website, not the ones the person gave you.
Do I need to register before applying?
No. You can apply to any vacancy directly as a guest. Registering just means your CV is on file, so you apply faster next time and we can match you to roles you have not seen yet.
What documents should I have ready?
At minimum: an updated CV, a valid passport, and the certificates for your trade or profession. Depending on the role, also your experience letters, licences, and for seafarers your CDC, STCW certificates and sea-service records. Having these ready is often the difference between joining this month and joining next quarter.
Will you tell me which employer my CV is going to?
Yes. We do not circulate CVs speculatively. Your CV goes to a named employer for a named role, and we tell you which before it is sent.
How long does the process take?
It varies enormously by role and destination. A seafarer with current documents can join within weeks. A nurse moving to the Gulf needs exams, primary-source verification and council registration, realistically several months. We will give you an honest timeline for your specific route, not an optimistic one.
