Role summary

Seasonal farm workers required in Italy at EUR 1,500 to 1,600 per month, covering planting, tending and harvest work.

Key responsibilities

• Planting, weeding, pruning and harvesting by hand
• Grade, sort and pack produce to quality standards
• Assist with irrigation and general field maintenance
• Work to daily targets set by the farm supervisor

Requirements & certifications

• Fit for sustained outdoor physical work in all weather
• Previous agricultural work an advantage, not essential
• Basic Italian or English helpful
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
