Role summary

Seasonal agricultural workers required in Serbia at EUR 500 to 650 per month through the growing and harvest season.

Key responsibilities

• Planting, tending and harvesting field and orchard crops
• Grade and pack produce at the collection point
• Assist with irrigation, netting and general field work
• Work to daily targets set by the supervisor

Requirements & certifications

• Fit for sustained outdoor physical work
• Agricultural experience an advantage, not essential
• Able to follow instructions in English or Serbian
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
