Grow with Zarya, join our global recruitment partner network
If you run a licensed agency, recruit independently, or have employer relationships worth monetising, our partner programme turns that into a steady pipeline, with transparent commissions and a principal worth deploying against.
Two kinds of partner
Tell us which you are when you apply, the programme, and the commission, work differently for each.
Supply partners
You bring candidates. Licensed manpower agencies and independent recruiters in source countries who can source, screen and mobilise against our live requirements.
- Access to requirements across 19 industries and every destination market we serve
- You keep the candidate relationship; we handle the client, the contract and the mobilisation
- Commission per successful placement, paid on agreed milestones
Demand partners
You bring employers. Brokers and consultants with employer relationships who want the requirement fulfilled without building a sourcing operation.
- Introduce a client; we source, vet, document and deploy against their requirement
- Your introduction is registered and protected. You do not get cut out of the deal
- Introduction commission on placements made against that client
Some partners do both. The registration form lets you say so.
What you get as a Zarya partner
Live requirements feed
See what is actually open right now (role, country, volume, package and closing timeline) instead of guessing what to source for.
Simple candidate submission
Submit against a specific requirement in a few fields. No re-formatting CVs into someone else's template.
Transparent commissions
A published model, agreed in writing before you submit anything, with the trigger points for each payment stated up front.
Status visibility
Track every submission through the pipeline (submitted, shortlisted, interviewed, offered, deployed) so you know where you stand.
A reputable principal
Deploy against a company that pays on time, does not charge candidates illegal fees, and will not damage your name in your own market.
Marketing & training support
Co-branded materials for your market, plus briefings on destination requirements, documentation and what each client actually screens for.

Commission is triggered by the milestones in your agreement, typically on deployment, with the schedule stated before you start.
Our commission principle
We publish the principle even though exact numbers vary by corridor, role and volume, because agents get burned by vague promises, and vagueness is what makes them distrust principals.
| Tier | Basis | Share of placement fee |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | First placements, individual roles | Entry share, agreed in writing |
| Volume | Sustained monthly placements | Higher share, banded by volume |
| Preferred | Volume plus quality: retention and pass rates | Top share, plus first sight of new requirements |
- Your tier is stated in your agreement, not decided after the placement
- Payment triggers and timelines are fixed in writing before you submit
- Client introductions are registered and protected for an agreed period
Exact percentages are confirmed during onboarding, because a rate that is fair for bulk construction is not the rate that is fair for a Chief Engineer.
One non-negotiable. Partners must not charge candidates illegal placement fees. It is the fastest way to lose your place in this network, and it is the thing that protects the reputation everyone here is trading on.
From partners already in the network
“The live requirements feed changed how we work. We can see what is actually open and submit against it instead of guessing.”

Partner FAQs
Do I need a recruitment licence to join?
In markets where a licence is legally required to recruit, yes. We will not onboard an unlicensed agency there, because it exposes both of us and the candidates. Independent recruiters in markets without a licensing regime can join, subject to verification and references.
How is my client introduction protected?
Registered introductions are recorded with a date and protected for an agreed period stated in your agreement. Within that period, placements made with that client trigger your introduction commission whether or not you were involved in sourcing.
When exactly do I get paid?
Commission triggers are fixed in your agreement before you submit a single candidate, typically on deployment, sometimes split across deployment and completion of a probation period for high-volume corridors. There are no discretionary deductions after the fact.
Can I see requirements before I am approved?
No. The live requirements feed is gated because it contains client volume, package and timeline information. Verification is what earns access, and it is usually quick once we have your licence documentation.
What happens if my candidate is placed and then leaves?
Replacement obligations flow through to the sourcing partner on terms set out in your agreement, mirroring what we commit to the client. This is stated up front rather than raised when a problem occurs.
