Role summary

Auxiliary helpers required in Serbia, supporting the drilling and site teams. Salary is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Key responsibilities

• Move and prepare materials, tooling and consumables
• Support the rig crew and site trades as directed
• Keep access routes, the rig floor and the site clear
• Assist with loading, unloading and site set-up

Requirements & certifications

• Physically fit for sustained outdoor work
• No formal experience required; training given on site
• Able to follow instructions in English
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
