Role summary

Bakers required in Lithuania to produce šakotis, the traditional Lithuanian spit cake. Salary is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare batter and bake šakotis on the rotating spit
• Control oven temperature, layering and finish
• Decorate, pack and prepare product for sale
• Maintain bakery hygiene and food safety records

Requirements & certifications

• Bakery or pastry experience
• Willingness to be trained on traditional šakotis production
• Comfortable with early starts and hot working conditions
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
