Role summary

General construction workers required across active sites in Serbia at EUR 650 per month, with accommodation provided.

Key responsibilities

• General site work: concreting, shuttering, steel fixing and finishing
• Load, move and prepare materials for the trades
• Assist skilled tradesmen as directed by the foreman
• Maintain site housekeeping and follow safety rules

Requirements & certifications

• Site experience in construction or a related trade
• Physically fit for sustained outdoor work
• Able to follow instructions in English or Serbian
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
