Post-construction cleaners required in Serbia at EUR 700 per month, preparing completed buildings for handover.

Key responsibilities

• Remove construction debris, dust and residue from finished units
• Deep clean floors, glazing, sanitary ware and fittings
• Work to a handover checklist and snag list
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Requirements & certifications

• Cleaning experience, ideally on construction or facility handover
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Physically fit for a full working day
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
