Role summary

Hotel receptionists and housekeepers required in Albania. Salary depends on the role, your experience and your working hours, and is confirmed in writing before you commit. Free accommodation and food are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out and answer enquiries
• Service guest rooms and public areas to the hotel standard
• Handle room keys, guest requests and maintenance reports
• Support the front office and housekeeping teams as rostered

Requirements & certifications

• Hotel front office or housekeeping experience
• Presentable, courteous and reliable with guests
• Working English; a second European language is an advantage
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
