Role summary

Ten painters required for ship dry dock operations in Türkiye, covering surface preparation and protective coating during refit.

Key responsibilities

• Surface preparation, blasting and cleaning before coating
• Apply primer and protective marine coatings to specification
• Work safely at height and in enclosed spaces
• Maintain equipment and observe coating hold points

Requirements & certifications

• Experience in marine, industrial or structural painting
• Familiar with surface preparation standards and coating systems
• Pass the yard trade test before mobilisation
• Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity

Package & benefits

• Monthly salary USD 600
• 24-month contract
• 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Food, accommodation and medical insurance provided by the employer
• Benefits in accordance with Turkish Labour Law
