Role summary

Sous chefs and head chefs required in Albania. Salary depends on the role, your experience and your working hours, and is confirmed in writing before you commit. Free accommodation and food are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Run the kitchen or a section through service to the required standard
• Control food cost, ordering, stock and waste
• Manage, roster and train the kitchen brigade
• Maintain HACCP, hygiene and food safety records

Requirements & certifications

• Proven experience as sous chef or head chef
• Strong section discipline and consistency under pressure
• Food safety training and stock control experience
• Valid passport and clean record for permit processing
