The challenge

The yard won a repair contract with a fixed start date and needed 40 6G-certified welders on site in under six weeks, a volume its existing suppliers could not test and mobilise in time.

Our approach

We activated four partner agencies across India and the Philippines, ran in-country 6G trade tests with third-party witnesses, and batched medicals and visa applications so documentation moved as one cohort rather than 40 individual files.

The result

All 40 welders passed the yard's re-test on arrival. The cohort was deployed in five weeks with zero visa rejections, and the yard extended the contract for a second batch.
