85 nurses licensed and placed for a Gulf hospital group

The challenge
A hospital group opening two new facilities needed 85 nurses across ICU, theatre and general wards, every one requiring Prometric exams, Dataflow verification and council registration before travel.
Our approach
We sourced from India, the Philippines and Kenya, ran structured clinical interviews with the group's own nursing leadership, and case-managed each candidate through Prometric booking, Dataflow primary-source verification and council registration.
The result
All 85 nurses registered and deployed across two intakes, meeting both facility opening dates, with the licensing pipeline reused for subsequent hiring rounds.
“The licensing case management was worth more to us than the sourcing. That is the part that normally goes wrong.”
